TROY, Ala. – Headlined by Jashanti Simmons being named the 2022 WBCA Two-Year College Player of the Year, two Troy signees were tabbed WBCA Two-Year College Coaches' All-America Team members, the WBCA announced last week.
Tai'Sheka Porchia joins Simmons as one of 10 two-year players selected as 2022 WBCA Two-Year College Coaches' All-Americans.
"Earning a spot on the WBCA All-America Team is an elite honor for any athlete," head coach Chanda Rigby said. "When I saw that not one, but two of our incoming Trojans were named to the team, I was thrilled for them and really excited about the foundation of next year's team.
