GADSDEN, Ala. – Brantley Scott of the Troy University men's golf team netted his best finish of the 2022 campaign on Tuesday morning after shooting a 72 to earn him a tied for a fifth-place finish at the GMAC Invitational played at RTJ Silver Lakes.
The Trojans moved up one spot from where they finished after 36 holes of golf on Monday. In addition, four of the five golfers in the Trojan lineup posted their best tournament scores on Tuesday.
Scott had an electric start to his day on the course, recording birdies in three of the first four holes to move up to as high as third on the individual leaderboards.
