TROY, Ala. – Cole Prestegard drove in four runs to lead another potent Troy offensive attack past UT Martin, 10-4, in game one of Saturday's doubleheader at Riddle-Pace Field.
Prestegard finished 3-for-5 with a homer and two doubles to spark a 12-hit performance for Troy (2-0). In the two games so far, he is 5-for-8 with six RBIs and a 1.950 OPS.
Senior Matt Sanders also posted three hits, homering driving in two runs of his own. Sanders has homered in each of the Trojans' first two games – he only hit three home runs all last season.
