TROY, Alabama – Troy baseball received an at-large bid to the 2018 NCAA Baseball Championship, the selection committee announced Monday morning. The Trojans will be the third seed in the Athens Regional and will face Duke in the opener on Friday at 1 p.m. (CT).
Joining Troy and Duke in the Athens Regional will be top-seed Georgia and four-seed Campbell. Ticket information for the regional is listed below; all tickets are available through georgiadogs.com.
Troy's 41 wins and RPI ranking of 37th was enough for the committee to give the nod as one of the 33 non-automatic qualifiers in the tournament.
