TROY, Alabama – Troy (8-0) is set to travel to Corpus Christi, Texas to participate in "HEB Invitational." The Tournament that is held by Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders is one of the oldest in college sports. The Trojans will open the tournament against New Mexico State in the dual match on Friday, Feb.22.
The Trojans are returning to action after defeating Abraham Baldwin Agricultural at home on Feb, 15. The historical start under Vargas will be tested at one of the most prestigious tournaments in college tennis, and only eight of the Trojans will travel to Texas.
