TROY, Ala. – Troy men's golf returns to postseason play for the first time since 2017 this weekend when the Trojans compete in the inaugural National Golf Invitational at the Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Course in Maricopa, Arizona. Teams are scheduled to play single rounds on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Backed by Golfweek, the NGI features the top 15 teams in the country which didn't qualify for the NCAA Championship using a combination of Golfstat and Golfweek/Sagrin rankings. Troy finished in a tie for third place at the Sun Belt Championship, making match play for the first time since 2017.
