TROY, Ala. – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association announced Tuesday afternoon that Director of Track & Field / Cross Country Marc Davis had been elected the Division-I President.
"I am honored and thankful for the opportunity to serve as the USTFCCCA Division-I President over the next few years," Davis said. "To say I was surprised was an understatement."
Davis will serve three years in office, where he will lead monthly meetings amongst the USTFCCCA Executive Committee (consisting of a representative of each D-I conference in the country) and all D-I sessions at the annual convention.
