TROY, Ala. – A two-time winner at the South Florida Invitational this past weekend earned Javon Osbourne Sun Belt Men's Field Athlete of the Week, the league announced Wednesday morning.
"Javon has been the most consistent performer this year," director of track & field/cross country Marc Davis said. "He wants to be good. No, he wants to be great. He puts in the time, and the results show week after week. Proud of him and his accomplishments."
The sophomore, who has already earned two wins in 2023, matched it with wins in the discus and shot put events.
