MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla. – Troy freshman Connor Futrell shot a 2-under 69 to lead Troy in Monday's second round of the Sun Belt Men's Golf Championship at the Raven Golf Course. Troy shot 9-over on the day and slipped a spot into sixth, however the Trojans are just three shots back of qualifying for the match play championship.
Futrell, who climbed 15 spots into a tie for 10th place, carded five birdies on the day and made his move on the back nine.
