We had a really good afternoon. I thought we did a lot of good things on both sides of the ball, but we weren't as physical as I'd like, and I think that's because we're holding guys out. Today, we practiced half the time and scrimmaged half the time in all situation football, and I thought some guys stuck out.
On defense, I thought Trevon Sanders especially stood out. We did an opening drive to start the practice and defense dominated on that. He got penetration on just about every snap.
