TROY — Running back Jordan Chunn is expected to play Saturday at Georgia State after leaving Troy’s last game due to an injury.
Chunn didn’t return after suffering a laceration on his right leg in last week’s 19-8 home loss to South Alabama, but coach Neal Brown was optimistic Monday that Chunn would play at Georgia State.
Chunn had to have 18 stitches to close the wound.
“I thought it was a small little cut at first and looked down a second time and realized how deep it was,” Chunn said.
