TROY, Ala. – Troy senior center Deontae Crumitie has been named to the Outland Trophy Watch List, the National Football Foundation announced Tuesday morning. The Outland Trophy is presented annually to the nation's top interior lineman.
Crumitie, a native of Lake City, Fla., earned All-Sun Belt Second Team honors last season as the leader on Troy's offensive front that finished 12th nationally in fewest sacks allowed. A three-year starter for the Trojans, Crumitie has started 26 consecutive games and 32 total games in his career.
