TROY, Alabama- Troy senior Becca Hartley has been named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District Softball Team, CoSIDA announced Thursday.
This honor recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom.
Hartley is the president of the Troy Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), has a 3.82 GPA in accounting and will graduate this month.
This season, Hartley has started in all 52 games for the Trojans at shortstop, catcher and designated player. She leads the team in runs (44), hits (55), doubles (11), triples (2), home runs (16), total bases (118) and slugging percentage (.
