Troy football will finally leave the tunnel and hit the gridiron, as it will face the MTSU Blue Raiders for a nonconference game at 3 p.m. Saturday in Murfreesboro.
The game will be televised on ESPN2.
The Trojans were scheduled to face Louisiana-Monroe on Sept. 5, but the game was postponed until December due to the a COVID-19 outbreak on the Warhawks team.
“We’re excited that it’s finally game week and it seems like we’ve been waiting on this week to arrive for a long time,” said Trojans coach Chip Lindsey, who posted a 5-7 record in his first season as a Division I head coach.
