When the iconic Match of the Day theme tune plays ahead of Bournemouth against Crystal Palace on June 20, rest assured the BBC will be pulling out all the stops.

There will be full analysis from studio pundits, action replays from a dozen different angles and all manner of graphics and gizmos to enhance the viewer experience.

Their coverage of four of the remaining Premier League games this season will certainly represent quite the contrast from the last top-flight fixture the Corporation screened live 32 years ago.
