'What's Jose gaining from digging out that performance in the press?': Jamie O'Hara sides with Dele Alli and says Jose Mourinho is 'KILLING his confidence' and risks 'totally losing him' after his touchline tantrum

Jamie O'Hara has slammed Jose Mourinho for his treatment of Dele Alli after the Tottenham boss singled out the forward following the club's 3-1 Carabao Cup quarter-final win over Stoke.

Mourinho gave Alli his first start since November 26 at the bet365 Stadium but replaced the England international in the second half, blaming him for giving the ball away before Jordan Thompson equalised.

Alli reacted angrily to being substituted and an unhappy Mourinho confirmed that the feeling was mutual.

The decision to publicly admonish Alli after the game didn't sit right with former Spurs midfielder O'Hara, who believes the ongoing criticism is 'killing' the player's confidence.
