United States international defender Sergiño Dest suffered a knee injury in PSV Eindhoven training on Saturday casting his place at this summer's Copa America into doubt.
The 23-year-old is on loan at PSV from Barcelona and has helped the side romp to the top of the Eredivisie. With four games to play they are nine points clear of Feyenoord and set to win the league title.

Dest, however, is unlikely to play for them again this season after a PSV statement described his injury as "serious.
