The 19-year-old has impressed this season while on loan at Perugia from Cagliari, scoring seven goals in Serie B.
Italian champions Juventus have already checked in on the forward and now, according to Corriere della Sera, so have Spurs.
The Premier League side have reportedly sent scouts to watch Han closely, and they are ready to firm up their interest with a bid before the end of the January transfer window.
The striker has been capped twice by North Korea.
