Tottenham are ready to test Besiktas with a bid for star striker Cenk Tosun, according to reports in Turkey.
The 26-year-old striker attracted interest from Crystal Palace and Newcastle in the summer transfer window, but it is Spurs who are looking to push through a move in January.
Besiktas are said to be holding out for £17.5million after the striker impressed in his side’s 3-1 win over Porto in the Champions League last week.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen to add to his attacking options having let Vincent Janssen leave for Fenerbahce on a season-long loan.
