Fernando Llorente has revealed a heart-to-heart with Mauricio Pochettino persuaded him to snub former manager Antonio Conte.
The Spain striker sealed a £12million move to north London and in turn striking a blow to Chelsea manager Conte - who he worked under at Juventus.
The current Premier League champions tried to sign Llorente - who faced Pochettino on his professional debut in 2005 - in January and were confident of landing the 32-year-old during the summer window.

But Pochettino's intervention was enough to trigger a change of heart from then Swansea striker Llorente.
