Guglielmo Vicario sounded a rallying call after his heroics helped Tottenham escape Monaco with a goalless draw.
Spurs were second best by a distance at the Stade Louis-II on Tuesday, with the home side peppering Vicario’s goal with 23 shots.
The Londoners resisted and added another point to their Champions League tally. They are unbeaten in the competition although rank as the lowest of the six English teams with five points from three games.
'It depends always how you see things, but I don’t see it this way,' said Vicario when asked if Spurs were struggling to make the step back up into Europe’s elite having won the Europa League but trailed in 17th in the Premier League last season.
