Danny Rose and Mousa Dembele are both in line to start for Tottenham with Mauricio Pochettino ready to select a new-look side for the Carabao Cup fourth round tie against West Ham on Wednesday night.

Rose is set to make his first start since January while Dembele is fit after shaking off a recurrence of an old injury which had initially left Pochettino sweating over his long-term availability.

But Erik Lamela, who has been sidelined for the last year with a hip problem, is not yet ready to return to action.
