Tottenham overhaul their medical department AGAIN in another summer of change - as Thomas Frank's side make two key appointments

Tottenham Hotspur are continuing to overhaul their staff – with the club’s medical department the latest to undergo major surgery.

In April, Mail Sport reported that Ange Postecoglou was likely to leave at the end of the season, regardless of whether the club won the Europa League, as part of a major, cross-departmental summer restructure.

And, with the Australian subsequently replaced by Brentford’s Thomas Frank, Spurs continue to ring the changes.

Following a horrendous season with injuries, Adam Brett and Nick Davies have now departed.

While Mail Sport understands that Davies, head of sports science, is set to rejoin David Moyes at Everton having worked with him at West Ham United, director of performance services Brett appears to have shouldered the blame for a campaign blighted by the lack of availability of a series of key players.
