Tottenham have reportedly identified Benfica's Rui Pedro Braz as a potential replacement for Managing Director of Football Fabio Paratici who could face expulsion from his role.
Paratici was one of numerous former Juventus officials to be handed bans by the Italian FA for the club's alleged inflation of player values. Juventus deny any wrongdoing.
The Spurs chief has been handed a 30-month ban from Italian football for his involvement in the alleged breaches during his time at the Serie A side.
That ban currently only applies to sporting involvement in Paratici's homeland of Italy but could be expanded should the regulatory body apply to have the punishment carried over to cover the Premier League as well.
