Eric Dier says Tottenham Hotspur have achieved nothing yet, telling Sky Sports the players cannot be happy until they have won a trophy.
Dier joined Spurs from Sporting Lisbon in 2014 and he has been a key part of the side that finished third in 2015-16 and second last season.
But despite being the most consistent team in the Premier League over the previous two campaigns, Spurs are yet to win any silverware and Dier says they cannot be happy until they do.
"I think we should be proud of what we've managed to do so far, but I don't think we can be proud of achieving anything because I don't think we have," the England international said.
