Tanguy Ndombele 'told Jose Mourinho he never wants to play for him again' during furious training ground bust-up after Tottenham manager's constant criticism over his form and fitness

Tanguy Ndombele 'told Jose Mourinho he never wants to play for him again' during a heated clash at Tottenham's training ground earlier this week.

The Portuguese manager and the French midfielder are known to have a frosty relationship with Mourinho publicly criticising Ndombele's performances on a number of occasions.

Ndombele, who cost Tottenham a club record £55.45million plus a potential further £9m in add-ons when he signed from Lyon last year, has been an unused substitute in both Spurs games since the Premier League restart.

Mourinho left Ndombele as an unused substitute for the second time since the restart as they beat West Ham 2-0 on Tuesday night

And, according to ESPN, Ndombele and Mourinho clashed during a training session on Monday with the argument then continuing in the manager's office at their Enfield headquarters.
