LONDON - Toby Alderweireld says he will have a scan in the coming days after limping off with a hamstring problem in the first half of Tottenham's 3-1 win against Real Madrid on Wednesday.
The Belgian defender was replaced by Moussa Sissoko after pulling-up in the 24th-minute, with Eric Dier moving into the back-three.
Afterwards, Alderweireld confirmed he had suffered a hamstring problem and did not sound confident of featuring in Sunday's Premier League match at Crystal Palace.
"It doesn't feel very good," he said. "We'll have to see in the next couple of days how it feels.
