Leadership Through Sport & Business (LTSB) is a pioneering scheme that helps bright youngsters from disadvantaged backgrounds establish high-level careers in business and finance, giving them opportunities they would never normally have.
The two-year scheme includes four months of pre-apprenticeship training to prepare 16- to 24-year-olds for professional environments. Tottenham Hotspur Foundation will provide a Sports Leadership qualification and volunteering opportunities, while LTSB delivers employability skills and enrichment with major firms.
The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London (CONEL) will ensure that the young people have the recognised Association of Accounting Technicians qualifications to add to their CV.
