First to the business of the day and a fast start paved the way for a fantastic 4-1 win against Liverpool in the Premier League as goals from Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son put us 2-0 up inside 12 minutes.
Liverpool responded for 2-1 but we restored our two-goal advantage when Dele Alli volleyed home seconds before half-time. Harry added his second for 4-1 10 minutes into the second half and then Hugo Lloris took over with three fine saves to maintain that scoreline.
It was witnessed by a crowd of 80,827 at Wembley - a record attendance for the Premier League (beating United’s 76,098 against Blackburn in March, 2007), a Club record home attendance in the league (beating the 73,587 against Chelsea in August) and our third highest attendance of all-time (behind Bayer Leverkusen 85,512 and Monaco 85,011 last season).
