In a game full of drama and intensity, Kane scored one in each half with Son opening the scoring during a frenetic first 15 minutes that saw Andriy Yarmolenko level things up.
It was a blistering start to the contest, with three goals inside that opening quarter of an hour. Son got the ball rolling after four minutes with a fine strike from a tight angle, but Dortmund were level shortly after when Yarmolenko produced a curling finish past Hugo Lloris.
Four minutes later, we were back in front, Kane bursting down our left flank before beating the visitors’ goalkeeper Roman Burki at his near post.
