Tottenham are closing in on the signing of Giovani Lo Celso after agreeing a fee of £65 million with Spanish club Betis Seville for the Argentina international, sources have told ESPN FC.
The 25-year-old midfielder, one of Mauricio Pochettino's priorities this summer, is in London and is expected to pass a medical on Thursday morning before signing a five-year contract.
PSG will receive £6m of the transfer fee after agreeing a clause with Betis when they sold Lo Celso last summer for £18m.
The midfielder impressed in La Liga last season under Betis head coach Quique Setien, earning a starting spot in the Argentina side.
