Son Heung-min reportedly dislocated a finger after an altercation with a team-mate on the night before South Korea's surprise Asian Cup exit.
A quarrel flared up between Son and team-mates while they were eating on the eve of their semi-final clash with Jordan, which they lost 2-0 on February 6.
Young squad members were reportedly rushing their meal so they could dash off and play table tennis.
However, Son was annoyed with them for toddling off early instead of bonding over food and took issue with PSG's Lee-Kang-in, according to the Sun.
