Sheffield United 1-3 Tottenham: Jose Mourinho's men surge back into the top four with Tanguy Ndombele's stunner adding to Serge Aurier and Harry Kane's efforts to down rock bottom hosts

Tanguy Ndombele completed his personal story of redemption at Tottenham with a goal of magical quality to clinch victory at Bramall Lane.

Ndombele’s options appeared limited as he burst onto a chipped pass from Steven Bergwijn. He was deep inside the penalty area and behind Sheffield United’s back line and yet wide of goal and facing the corner flag.

His best route seemed to be to bring the ball under control, run it wide into space and recycle possession.

Ndombele, however, lifted the ball high over his own shoulder with the outside of his right boot and high over the leap of Blades goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.
