Real Madrid president dismisses talk of wanting to sign Harry Kane

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has brushed aside media reports that his club are considering signing Tottenham striker Harry Kane.

Onda Cero recently reported that the two clubs held informal talks in Madrid around last week's 1-1 Champions League draw between the two sides, with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy allegedly quoting the European champions a €200 million asking price for Kane.

Asked if it had entered his mind to make a move for Kane, Perez told Cadena Cope: "Honestly, it hasn't. He is a magnificent player, he is young and has many years to progress.
