One of the most popular Spurs players of the modern era, Rafa will be interviewed pitchside at half-time.
The Dutch international arrived at the Club on transfer deadline day in August, 2010 and provided some magical moments in his two years at Spurs, not least four goals in his three north London derbies and the opener in the memorable 3-1 win against Inter Milan in the Champions League in 2010.
Now plying his trade with FC Midtjylland in Denmark, Rafa, 34, also counts Real Madrid as one of his former clubs with a spell at the Bernabeu between 2008-2010.
