Justin played 276 times for us between 1990-2000, winning the FA Cup in 1991 and League Cup in 1999. He managed Newport between 2011-2015 and gained promotion back into the Football League.
"I think it will be a tight game and if Newport can stay close for 20, 25 minutes then it will be a real, rip-roaring cup tie. Having said that, if they concede early, Spurs could take control. If Spurs score inside 20 minutes it could be a long day and I know that better than most after taking Gillingham to White Hart Lane in the League Cup.
