Pierre Emile Hojbjerg confirms he will stay at Tottenham despite starting only five Premier League games this season - as he insists he enjoys the style of play under Ange Postecoglou

Pierre Emile Hojbjerg admits he is happy to remain a Tottenham player for now, despite his role on the periphery of Ange Postecoglou's team sparking interest for the second transfer window in a row.

Hojbjerg spent most of last summer on the verge of a move to Atletico Madrid, then rejected a switch to Fulham before opting to stay put and has been in the sights of Juventus and Lyon for much of the last month.

The Denmark midfielder wants to play more. He has started only five Premier League games this season but has featured in all but one of Tottenham's 25 matches and came off the bench at half time on Wednesday to make a crucial contribution to a 3-2 win against Brentford.
