An Opta supercomputer has revealed Arsenal's chances of winning the title for the first time since 2004 have taken a significant hit over the past month.

The Gunners went into the October international break level on points with leaders Tottenham after beating Manchester City 1-0 at the Emirates thanks to a deflected Gabriel Martinelli strike.

But the side were held to a 2-2 draw by Chelsea in their first game back, and then lost to Newcastle in a controversial clash dominated by VAR decisions two weeks later.
