The Manchester United manager spoke to the media ahead of Saturday lunchtime's clash between two sides level on 20 points in the Premier League's top three.
Asked about facing us in the wake of our slip-up against West Ham in the Carabao Cup in midweek, Mourinho speculated: "My feeling is that the majority of the players that played that match are not going to play tomorrow.
"I may be wrong. Sanchez, Vertonghen, Eriksen, Aurier, Winks (were) not involved in the game or they played just a few minutes. So, I don't think it (the West Ham result) will impact (Saturday's game).
