Moussa Sissoko believes Tottenham have let down Harry Kane in his pursuit for titles amid the star striker's desire to quit the north London club.
The England captain informed the north London club of his desire to leave after Spurs failed to qualify for the Champions League, even though Kane finished the Premier League season as top scorer and top assist maker.
The 27-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to top-flight champions Manchester City, with French midfielder Sissoko claiming Kane deserves to win trophies every year.
Sissoko told Foot Mercato: 'Like all players, he wants to win titles.
