More than 100 firefighters tackle warehouse blaze on White Hart Lane near Tottenham Hotspur's abandoned home ground

Around 120 firefighters are tackling a warehouse blaze on White Hart Lane near Tottenham Hotspur's abandoned home ground.

The London Fire Brigade sent 20 engines to the scene in the north of the capital and its crew are tackling the fire.

It is understood the blaze started in a storage unit on White Hart Lane, around a mile and a half away from the football team's old ground which is being redeveloped while they play at Wembley.

A brigade spokeswoman said warehouse storage units were alight and officers were still trying to determine the cause of the fire.
