Mauricio Pochettino is unsure whether Harry Kane will be fit for the visit of Real Madrid after he missed Tottenham's 1-0 defeat at Manchester United.
Kane failed to feature at Old Trafford on Saturday due to a hamstring injury as United edged a cagey encounter thanks to Anthony Martial's late goal.
Pochettino refused to use the 24-year-old's absence as an excuse for his side's defeat, but admitted he is eager to see him return for Wednesday's Champions League encounter with Real.
"I said before the game to everyone that always you are going to miss your main striker - and Harry Kane is one of best strikers in the world, of course," Pochettino said.
