Mauricio Pochettino insists he doesn’t care if Danny Rose is angry at being left out of Tottenham’s squad — and is considering dropping the left-back again when they face West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
Rose’s discontent at Tottenham has been rumbling along since preseason when the England defender demanded that the club buy more world class players to compete with Europe’s elite and revealed that he would consider leaving if an offer from a bigger club came in.
This week the 27-year-old then revealed he was ‘angry’ and ‘fuming’ after being left out of Pochettino’s squad for the North London Derby defeat to Arsenal last Sunday.
