Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed that star forward Harry Kane is a doubt for the team's Premier League showdown with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday.
Pochettino was asked after the 3-2 defeat to West Ham United in the League Cup on Wednesday whether Kane would be ready to return to the team for the weekend.
"We'll see," he told beIN Sports (h/t Dan Kilpatrick of ESPN FC). "We need to assess the team, we were forced to rotate [tonight] for different reasons."
Kane, who was left out of the squad altogether for the Hammers defeat, seemed in some discomfort on Sunday when he was substituted late on against Liverpool in a 4-1 win.
