New signing Sarah Wiltshire, who netted twice in last week’s win over Gillingham, repeated the feat this time, with Wendy Martin and Kelley Blanchflower joining her on the scoresheet.
Wiltshire wasted no time in testing Lottie McElroy in the Baggies’ goal, striking a bouncing 25-yard dipper which was patted down. Sophie Mclean then latched onto possession, finding Wiltshire cutting in off the right whose strike beat McElroy, but not Antonia Smith who cleared off the line.
It took five minutes for the opener to arrive. Leah Rawle bombarded up the left, crossing to the near post for Martin to guide her header into the far corner.
