The Hammers come to Wembley off the back of a 3-0 home defeat by Brighton & Hove Albion last Friday night and are 16th in the Premier League with eight points from their opening nine games.
Having won 2-0 at Cheltenham Town and then seen off Bolton Wanderers 3-0 at the London Stadium in this competition thus far, West Ham do have some momentum in the Carabao Cup and Bilic says his players are motivated to progress to the last eight.
"It is a big game, it’s a cup," he said. "It’s who goes to the quarter-finals, it’s against Spurs, it’s massive and it’s a derby, and it’s also Wembley, which makes it special, but that’s not motivating us more than normal.
