'I’m at a good stage, pretty much doing everything, now it’s about building up my fitness': Harry Kane says he's 'not too far away' from being 100 per cent after Tottenham and England star required surgery on hamstring injury

England captain Harry Kane has revealed he is almost ready for full training as he works on his fitness during the coronavirus shutdown.

Kane has been out since suffering a hamstring injury on New Year's Day during Tottenham's defeat Southampton.

He was scheduled to be back in April at the earliest but the football season has been suspended amid the coronavirus outbreak.

'From a rehab point of view and personal point of view, I'm doing really well,' he said. 'I'm at a good stage now and just working hard, doing a lot of recovery, a lot of rehab and just waiting to see what happens to the season.
