'He could win many, many more' - Pat on Hugo's 100 caps

One of the all-time greats with 590 appearances for us between 1964-77, Pat Jennings chalked up his century for Northern Ireland back in 1983.

France and Spurs skipper Hugo, 31, will join him on three figures when he leads France out against Peru in Russia.

Pat was 38 when he reached 100 caps and famously went on to play until the age of 41. Indeed, he won his 119th and final cap on his 41st birthday against Brazil at the World Cup in 1986.

Still a regular at Hotspur Way as an Academy goalkeeping coach, Pat is now 73 and knows all about longevity in the game - and he feels Hugo could go on to win many, many more.
