Harry Kane will be fit for England duty says Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino after striker is taken off in Crystal Palace victory

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino expects Harry Kane will be fit for England duty after he and Harry Winks both suffered knocks on Sunday.

It comes after fellow international star Dele Alli missed the win over Crystal Palace and pulled out of the England squad for friendlies against Germany and Brazil.

Pochettino said Winks, who was subbed off at half time, suffered a twisted ankle, while Kane had been withdrawn on 75 minutes as a precaution.
