Harry Kane said Tottenham would take a point away to Real Madrid "every day of the week" after Spurs secured a 1-1 Champions League draw at the Bernabeu on Tuesday.
An own goal from Raphael Varane, under pressure from Kane, put Tottenham in front, but Cristiano Ronaldo's penalty levelled matters.
The result leaves Madrid and Tottenham level on seven points atop Group H, six points ahead of Borussia Dortmund and Apoel, who also shared a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.
And Kane told BT Sport: "We are happy. Of course they are going to have chances but we played well and made it tough for them.
